Whether it’s through shared laughter, creative games, or simply a break from routine, we believe that having fun at work is essential to fostering a happy and productive environment. ## A Week of Fun Activities Why limit the fun to just one day? At Batory Foods, we extended the celebration to an entire week! We encouraged our teams to organize a fun activity during the week, ensuring everyone had the chance to participate and enjoy. Our teams had the chance to develop their own unique celebration. Creating time for employees to have fun, while doing an activity that sparked joy and connection. From ping pong tournaments, to board games, to Batory themed Jeopardy, our teams definitely took some time out of their week to focus on just FUN.  | ![Ping pong tournament our team members put on for Have Fun at Work Day](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image%20(18)%201.jpg?width=325&height=238&name=image%20(18)%201.jpg)   | ![Team members playing card games during Have Fun at Work Day](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Corn%20Sweetener%20Group%20Game1.jpg?width=288&height=238&name=Corn%20Sweetener%20Group%20Game1.jpg) | | --- | --- | ## Back to the Batory Basics: ## Investing in Relationships At the heart of our week-long celebration is one of our fundamental Batory Basics: 'Invest in Relationships.' We believe that fostering strong, positive relationships among our team members is crucial to our success. By organizing fun activities and encouraging team interaction, we strengthen the bonds that help us work more effectively together. Building these connections is not just about having a good time; it’s about creating a supportive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. When we invest in relationships, we invest in the future of Batory Foods. ## Creating a Lasting Impact At Batory Foods, we are proud of the culture we have fostered, which allowed  us to earn a Great Place To Work certification in 2024, for the third year in a row. We look forward to continuing to create a positive and strong workplace culture, including encouraging events like this weeks' National 'Have Fun At Work' celebration | ![Batory Jeopardy during Have Fun At Work Day](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/PEX%20jeopardy%20have%20fun%20at%20work.png?width=1114&height=938&name=PEX%20jeopardy%20have%20fun%20at%20work.png) | ![Team members taking a break to play card games during Have Fun at Work Day](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%20(19)%201.jpg?width=2316&height=1938&name=Image%20(19)%201.jpg)   | | --- | --- |     ### Relevant posts [![Consumers are continually seeking snacks with more protein, more fiber, and less sugar. ](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hubfs/Blog%20cover.png) ](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/blog/innovating-the-snack-aisle-how-better-for-you-snacking-is-reshaping-the-future-of-food) [Innovating the Snack Aisle: How Better-for-You Snacking Is Reshaping the Future of Food](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/blog/innovating-the-snack-aisle-how-better-for-you-snacking-is-reshaping-the-future-of-food) 29 Jun, 2026 [![](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hubfs/AdobeStock_1569350353.jpeg) ](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/blog/glp-1-offerings) [GLP-1 Ingredient Solutions for a Changing Nutrition Landscape](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/blog/glp-1-offerings) 16 Feb, 2026 [![Bowls of various ingredients](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/hubfs/Top%2010%20Trends%20blog%20cover%202026.png) ](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/blog/top-10-food-beverage-trends-for-2026) [The Top 10 Food & Beverage Trends Shaping 2026](https://blog.batoryfoods.com/blog/top-10-food-beverage-trends-for-2026) 15 Jan, 2026 ### Rather Listen?
